STEPS TO DELETE YOUR DATA

By accessing or utilizing the TranZipper Platform, you hereby agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), which constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TranZipper Technologies Limited ("TranZipper"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you are prohibited from using the Platform and must immediately discontinue such use.

1. Submit Your Request
   Click Delete my data and connect with our customer service. Provide your registered email address and a brief reason for the request.


2. Verification
   For security reasons, we will send a confirmation email to the registered address. Please follow the instructions in the email to verify your request.


3. Processing
   Once your request is verified, we will process the deletion of your account and associated data within 14 business days. You will receive a notification once the process is complete.


4. Refill Transactions: Users must contact service providers directly to resolve any disputes related to refill transactions. TranZipper will not be liable for such disputes.

Important Notes

• Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be reversed.
• All your data, including transaction history and reviews, will be removed from our system.
• If you have any pending transactions or unresolved issues, please complete them before submitting your request.
